Package Security:

Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you receive a tampered package, please do not accept delivery and return it to the delivery person. Contact us at 2015 contactjocollections@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we’ll promptly assist you. If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the package was received securely.

Delivery Delays:

While we are not liable for courier company delays, we are here to support you in tracking your package through our logistics partner.

Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Jo Collections reserves the right to canceland refund orders without customer approval in cases of incorrect information, courier delays, manufacturing delays, and other issues beyond our control.
  • If an ordered product is out of stock,refunds will be processed within 7 days viaUPI ID or through your bank account.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for slight differences in color or material texture.
  • If you receive the wrong or damaged saree, kindly email us at 2015 contactjocollections@gmail.com with an unedited parcel opening video for quick assistance. If an ordered product is out of stock,refunds will be processed within 7 days viaUPI ID or through your bank account.
  • We offer exchanges for other products or refunds in case of damaged/wrong saree. Shipping charges will be covered by us.
